Best Superstar X-Factor Abilities for QB:

The best X-Factor Ability for QB: “Dots”. “Accurate passers know that ball placement is the difference between a touchdown and a turnover. When they enter the zone, all passes are thrown with perfect accuracy.”

This is an excellent X-Factor Ability to have for both simulation and user-play. It is suitable for all QBs alike, including scrambling QBs.

Most scrambling QBs have poor accuracy compared to “Strong Arm” QBs. However, if you equip “Dots” and make him more accurate you could get close to having the best of both worlds.

That is the goal here, to make his weaknesses into strengths. However, there are limits to this, if you have a “Strong Arm” QB and he has a low-speed rating there is no hope to make him a lot faster so putting abilities on like “Truz” is useless.

If your QB doesn’t have an X-Factor you could choose “Inside Deadeye” to help increase his accuracy. If you can use “Dots” because you have an X-Factor QB then you should equip “Protected”.

“Passers with this ability receive better pass blocking from their offensive lineman”. This is a must with how terrible Maddens pass blocking has been.

Second Superstar Ability Slot:

“Tight Out” is the best second-slot Superstar ability to equip. “Passers with this ability improve the catching prowess of all tight ends who are open on pass plays.”

Third Superstar Ability Slot:

“Gunslinger” is the third-best slot to have equipped. “Passers with this ability have a faster passing speed and release the ball quicker”.

Fourth Superstar Ability Slot:
