Oasis Games Announces New Platforms for Delightful VR Platformer Along With PC Release Date for HIDDEN DRAGON: LEGEND

December 11, 2017 – Oasis Games Ltd, a leading global game publisher, today announced that their well-received PlayStation®VR unique puzzle platformer, LIGHT TRACER will be released on Steam® on January 15, 2018. Players wanting to possess the magical staff and godlike powers to help the loveable princess climb the Babel-esque towers will be able to do so by purchasing the HTC VIVE™ or Oculus Rift™ versions on Steam® for $14.99 USD. The game will also be available on the Oculus Store at a later date.

To celebrate the princess’ journey into an even broader virtual world, Oasis Games will be adding improvements to LIGHT TRACER, ensuring that all views of the magical worlds are even better from any angle. Both VIVE and Rift releases will be updated with enhanced graphics and optimized visuals, allowing players to be even more immersed in the rocky, snowy, gravity-bending environments. Additionally, being godly is made easier as the game’s operation system has been upgraded for a more natural control.

Oasis Games also announced the PC January 22, 2018 release of the 2.5D Action RPG title set in ancient China, HIDDEN DRAGON: LEGEND via Steam® – now with even more brutal moves to help players defeat the dark organization. Additional new features like heightened graphics with 60 FPS max frame rate and gameplay mechanics – such as Resurrection Mode – will be released with the new version. Warriors choosing to continue the fight, once defeated, can do so through activating the new Resurrection Mode; allowing players to respawn in the same spot for a cost – their full stock of medicine.

Additional features such as extra achievements, novice-friendly quick time events, soul currency for HP and character upgrades, and rebuilt tutorials will also be available with the PC release – which will be available on Steam® for $14.99 USD.

About Light Tracer
In LIGHT TRACER, players will lead a princess to the top of an enigmatic, Babel-like tower to save her ailing people – using godlike powers, and two hands, to wield a Light Staff and manipulate views for better interactions. The game combines platform-style movement and clever puzzles with unique play mechanics and delightful artwork. Players will direct the Princess through action-platform stages using jumping skills, precise timing and strategic attacks using the Princess’s sword to get around enemies. The Princess’s journey comprises eight varied chapters where she will encounter rock-throwing trolls, a world of snow, slippery ice and new monsters to fight; each ending with a challenging boss fight. Developed by Void Dimensions and published by Oasis Games for PS VR, LIGHT TRACER is currently available for $19.99 on the PlayStation™Store and will be coming soon for the HTC VIVE™ or Oculus Rift™. This game has been rated “E for Everyone” by the ESRB for PlayStation®VR, HTC VIVE™ or Oculus Rift™.

About Hidden Dragon: Legend
Set in ancient China, HIDDEN DRAGON: LEGEND challenges players to battle fierce foes, perform acrobatics, build their character through a RPG-style skill tree and solve puzzles in the heat of battle all while hacking and slashing through stunning combos. Players will navigate their way through tough enemies, powerful bosses and Metroidvania-style puzzles. Competing factions vie to obtain a powerful object called the Dragon Cauldron, which grants inhuman powers at the cost of sanity and reason. When the player character finds he has been put under the spell of the Dragon Cauldron by a dark faction, making him a mere puppet forced to kill, he ventures forth to settle the score. HIDDEN DRAGON: LEGEND puts a fun—and challenging—spin on button-mashing action. This game has been rated “M for Mature” by the ESRB for PS4™ and PC on Steam®.
