Madden 22 Staff Points Glitch

When first creating a franchise you will want to fire ALL of your staff via “Staff Management” even if you plan on keeping them. This goes for Head Coach (HC), Offensive Coordinator (OC), and Defensive Coordinator (DC).

Once you fire each staff member, go into the hiring menu. You will see that each of the coaches available will have the same amount of Staff Points.

NOTE: Keep in mind that the coach you fired will be there but he will have 0 Staff Points, so do not hire him back on until the second go around. When you go to hire your HC back to your team, he will no longer have 0 Staff Points.

Hire any HC, fire him, then hire back your original HC. Do this exact same thing for your OC and DC.

That is all. You have now more than doubled your Staff Points in under 2 minutes.
