The simple answer is yes, it is one of the only areas the CPU is decent at. The CPU will scout fairly well and can make it easy for you. It will go as far as the 4th round possibly even further and give you decent variety. If it comes down to it, you will be just fine if you let the CPU scout for you in Madden 20.
